During my recent stay at Ibis Budget in Auckland, I found it to be a practical choice for travelers needing a no-frills accommodation. The self-check-in was seamless after 4 pm, and I appreciated the flexibility of bringing my bicycle into the room. I did notice that late arrivals had to find outdoor parking, which could be inconvenient, especially with dark clouds looming. The room was clean and soundproofed, allowing a good night's sleep despite its compact size. The absence of a hair dryer was initially frustrating, but the staff promptly provided one upon request.
